Richard is the Liberal Democrat candidate for the London Assembly seat of City and East. Richard was born in Worthing in 1982, but grew up in Cumbria and Yorkshire. A lawyer, Richard has lived in Tower Hamlets since moving to London and stood in the Tower Hamlets local elections in 2010.
