Tory Councilman completely misunderstands protest movement shock
Alex Deane, City of London Councilman (an independent role but he used to be chief of staff to David Cameron so I think we can safely call him a Tory), rails against “self-appointed “protesters”“. Whether he wants protesters to be directly elected, or envisions some form of hereditary protestership, is not clear.
