Southbank Centre is hosting South Africa’s National House, or Ekhaya, an exhibition and hospitality centre serving as a home away from home for South Africans, South African athletes and guests during the Games.
Ekhaya offers a variety of public events including an exhibition, a fashion show, daily musical performances and a film festival. Visitors can enjoy South African drinks and snacks from the cafe while watching highlights of the Games.
The exhibition and general information point is open daily from 10am. Performances take place daily at 12 noon, 2.30pm and 4.30pm.
