The Lovely Bad Things - Fried Eyes

Much has been made of Orange County four-piece The Lovely Bad Things’ obsession with The Pixies. While Black Francis and co. may be a spectral presence throughout debut long player The Late Great Whatever, out now on Volcom – today’s free download included – there’s enough break-neck, shouty punk-pop to satisfy, played by four best mates who’ve been living and playing together since high school. You can almost smell the chemistry.
Stream Fried Eyes below and download it for free here, in exchange for an e-mail address. Stream The Late Great Whatever in its entirety via Impose Magazine.
