But if further proof were need, then it arrives in this beautiful animation of Charles Bukowski’s poem ‘The Man with the Beautiful Eyes’. Jonny Hannah’s simple and rustic drawings capture the poem’s childlike logic perfectly , and not surprising it won several awards, including the 2000 animation BAFTA. Enjoy
