Shhh! The East London Libraries Festival starts today

The East London Libraries Festival kicks off today and runs until the 14th October, with events in Enfield, Hackney, Havering, Newham, Redbridge and Waltham Forest. It features the likes of Owen Jones (Chavs), Rebecca Hunt (Mr Chartwell), Precious Williams and Alex Wheatle MBE. Most of the events are free, including poetry slams, children’s events and writer’s panels. For more information on the events over the next month visit: www.ellf.org.uk
