Snipe goes all Smash Hits on yo’ ass (that’s how the young people talk isn’t it?) for today’s MPFree, from London teen songstress Charli XCX. According to the lady herself, ‘Nuclear Seasons is about a sense of decay. Whether it be the decaying of love, the decaying of life or the decaying of a period of time. Its about being lost and frozen and surviving’. Whatever Charli, just keep churning out gloomy synth-pop gems like this, chuck in some cynical marketing and we’ll all be happy, ok? It’ll be business as usual tomorrow MPFree fans – some virtually unlistenable surf-gaze coming right back at ya (I should stop doing this now). Download Nuclear Seasons for free here.
