It’s funny that this particular area of darkest Dalston is classified as Stoke Newington – maybe it was a typo in the postcode office that led to both The Nest (formerly Barden’s Boudoir) and the first floor “sports bar” Efes being classified as such. Tonight presumably the many screens of this all-hours drinking den will be turned off as Jeremy Warmsley and Elizabeth Sankey take the stage to celebrate the release of their debut album as Summer Camp, “Welcome To Condale”. Expect wholesome tunes, wistful sentiments and belting choruses, dressed in suitably hazy effects via Warmsley’s astute sonic sensibility. Support comes from Theme Park.
