Fire authority chair to Qadaffi Squatters: "A Blight to the Area"

Just a day after three BBC reporters came forward to reveal that they were tortured in Libya by the Qadaffi regime, it would seem like the phrase, “Hey, fuck that Qadaffi family,” would be a fairly universal sentiment in the UK. Apparently Councillor Brian Coleman didn’t get the memo.
By now you’ve probably heard about the group of squatters that have planted themselves in Saif Qadaffi’s £11m mansion in Hampstead Garden Suburb. We were really excited about it because — all together now — “Hey, fuck that Qadaffi family.” Torturing journalists? Killing their own people? Screwing with the price of gas?! None of it is OK.
But even with all the offenses against humanity they’re blatantly committing, it looks like they still have someone looking out for their property rights:
Cllr Coleman said: “The Foreign Secretary (William Hague) should take action immediately to seize Gaddafi’s son’s house in Hampstead Garden Suburb in my constituency.
“The squatters, who are a blight to the area, should be evicted and moved-on to protect the nearby residents.”
Yes, the squatters are the blight on your community — not the fact that the son of genocide has been residing there.
