News from the Dominions: Canada's new governor-general gets a geeky coat of arms

Canada’s new governor-general, David Johnston, appointed just last week by Madge has a nerdy new Coat of Arms to go with the job – across the bottom is a wavy band of binary, representing “a flow of information, digital communication and modern media.”
