You can hear the sounds of Virgin Atlantic flights being booked and the scribblings into Field Notes as the slumming New Yorkers begin gravitating East. And what amazing treats await the trans-Atlantic traveller? My sister, a longtime New Cross Gate resident, reported that a really good cafe with equally good coffee has finally opened on her street.
