Tony Blair cancels Waterstones book signing
Darren Atwater | Monday 6 September, 2010 14:51
After a taste in Dublin as to the welcome he would be receiving, Tony Blair has officially cancelled his book signing, originally scheduled for Wednesday.
I have decided not to go ahead with the signing as I don’t want the public to be inconvenienced by the inevitable hassle caused by protestors… I’m really sorry for those – as ever the majority – who would have come to have their books signed by me in person. I hope they understand.
The poor guy is as delusional as ever, but it is always pleasing to see Blair get a glimpse of his real legacy before retreating back into other people’s corporate jets.
