Finally, some love for an overburdened Met Police

Constance Mitropoulou, 47, who found a hamster riding the number 11 bus on Kings Road has nothing but praise for the Metropolitan Police after dropping ‘Chelsea’ off at the station.
The policeman on the desk was so helpful. His switchboard was going crazy with phone calls, but he managed to keep on top of them and find the best thing to do with the hamster. (PC Matt Petry) was so caring and just made me feel that the streets are safe if people like that are looking after us.
