Central Line gives out three times more refunds than Victoria line

You know that if your tube train is delayed by 15 minutes or more you can get a refund, right? And you are more likely to be delayed on the Central line than the Victoria line Just on those two lines, TfL has paid out £135,000 this year in refunds.
If the delay was caused by the Underground and not some idiot fellow passenger or some idiotic Act of God, then there is no excuse for not getting your money back.
