London slang could confuse crusty doctors into thinking you're schizophrenic

For example, “I was having having a ruby when I caught Susan having a butchers at my missus’ new barnet” probably makes perfect sense to lots of British people, but if you’re not familiar with cockney rhyming slang, it could be mistaken for a language impairment.
Yes, it makes perfect louise* to me. But despite the hilarious idea that cockney is a language still widely in use and spoken across the UK, this Mindhacks post is a good read, culminating as it does in middle aged psychiatrists consulting urban dictionary to see if their patient’s patois was healthy or not. Presumably the same could apply to the current generation of slangers with their “butterz” and their “chirpsing” and all that shite.
